I RAN 5 MILES TODAY
I’m training for a half marathon (quite out of the blue I wasnt an athletic runner to begin with). And today I ran 5 miles (: It was definitely harsh but I did it!
This is my longest run in like a year (: this feels fantastic
Thigh Gap is back!!
So I’ve always had a thigh gap, I have wide hips and my body shape is very conducive to a thigh gap. But then came along the freshman 25.
But I’ve decided to get my life back on track and lose the weight. I also decided to train for a half marathon. I ran 3.5 miles today!
Im feelin good, getting muscular again, and got that thigh gap back!
Ran 4 miles!
I planned on running a 5k but got lost and ended up running 4 miles!
It was at a 10:23 pace which isnt fantastic but Im incredibly proud I could keep that up for 4 miles
